Soft Soled Baby Shoes?
Research shows when it comes to walking, barefoot is best.
There are times when babies little feet need protection. Soft-soled
shoes allow babies tiny growing feet flexibility, promoting
healthy foot growth and development. Soft-soled shoes help
babies and toddlers feet to feel and grip the walking surface,
allowing for a child's natural foot development.
What Methods of Payment do you accept?
At this time we accept all major credit and debit card and echeck
payments through Paypal.
What are your shipping methods and cost?
We ship US Priority Mail within the United States and Global
Priority for Canada and International orders. Our shipping charges
for US Priority are a flat fee of $6.00 per "Ship To"
address, regardless of your order size. Global Priority to Canada
is a flat fee of $21.00. Please contact us for international
shipping fees.
How Can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation
with tracking information on your order. All orders are processed
within 48 hours unless we contact you by email. You can also
log in to our order
status page, using your Order ID and the email address you
used during checkout. Due to our constant change of shoe inventory
at times we have items no longer available or on back order.
We will contact you to inform you of an expected ship date if
the item is on back order or no longer available. We ship via
USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time to most United States destinations
is 2-3 days.
Send A Gift
Bunnie's Shooz make a wonderful gift. They are ideal for baby
showers, new baby gifts or for that special child in your life!
If you would like to send a gift, you can request a complementary
gift card and a personal message during the checkout process.
We do not offer gift wrapping, however we do package our shoes
with colorful tissue paper and keep invoices separate so recipients
won't view any pricing details. Leave the rest to us! We'll
deliver your gift directly to the recipient's doorstep with
your special personalized gift card message. *Please note at
this time we are only able to process one "Ship To"
address per order. If shipping to gifts to multiple addresses,
each address will need to be processed as separate orders.
Are Soft Soled Shoes Washable?
Yes, all shoes we carry are washable with the exception of the
Goody Goody line. Although the majority of shoes we carry are
machine washable we recommend hand washing in mild detergent
such as Woolite and air-drying. For drying we found stuffing
a soft cloth inside the shoes helps to keep a natural form.
You may notice an initial stiffness in the leather after washing.
This will soften with the first initial wearing of the shoes.
Goody Goody shoes should be cleaned using a damp cloth.
How do I know the best fit for my child's foot?
Please check our size chart before placing an order. Feel free
to contact us by email or phone if you need assistance with
sizing. We recommend ½ inch beyond the child's actual
foot measurement. This allows for important toe movements in
addition to ample wear time. Every shoe line we carry has different
shoe measurements. We highly recommend checking each brand's
size chart to ensure an accurate fit prior to placing your order
What is your return policy?
At Bunnie's Shooz, customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of orders placed. All
items must be unworn in original non-damaged condition including
shoes and packaging. All sale merchandise is final and can not
be exchanged or returned. Shipping and handling charges are
not included. Merchandise must have an authorized approval code
with the original receipt. Please contact us at info@bunniesshooz.com
for an approval code. Include the following information on your
receipt:
